Digital Products
All products sold by KOIJOY DESIGN are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
After purchase, your files will be available for download.
The download link will remain active for 48 hours after purchase.
Please ensure that you download and store your files securely within this period.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us — we are happy to help.
License & Use
All products are provided under a personal-use license. By purchasing, you agree to comply with the License Terms, which govern all permitted and restricted uses of the design files and included artwork. Further information regarding the license can be found at the following link: License Terms
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once files have been downloaded. Information regarding the statutory right of withdrawal for digital products can be found at the following link: Right of Withdrawal
Limitation of Liability
Bernhard Meyer (KOIJOY DESIGN) provides digital design files only. The final physical object is produced by the user. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from:
the printing process
material usage
handling or use of printed objects
All products are used at your own risk.
Taxes
All prices are final prices. No VAT charged according to §19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation).
